**Executive Assistant**

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our busy executive team.**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact for Senior Executives, handling queries, screening calls, analysing the criticality of requests, prioritising and actioning requests of a sensitive matter
- Strong experience in providing administration support services to a leadership level.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and operate business systems and computer software packages.
- Professionalism, diplomacy and tact when dealing with confidential information.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and sound judgement skills.
- Ability to determine the strategic or operational significance of incoming enquiries and correspondence and prioritise accordingly.
- Analytical curiosity with well-developed problem solving skills.
- Most importantly a true desire to go above and beyond

**Skills and experience**
- Desire to work in senior executive support and secretariat roles, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the day-to-day activities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to prepare high-quality written materials in multiple formats
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality whilst undertaking several concurrent tasks
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
