**Overview**

The Epidemiologist is accountable to the Manager of the Data, Analysis and Reporting team for the statistical analysis of population health survey data, public health data, and the use of information skills to contribute to the general health-related reference needs of staff within the Prevention and Population Health Directorate and other customers and collaborators as may be arranged.

**Criminal History Screening Requirement**

National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (general employment)

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category C (mínimal patient contact)**

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
