**ROLE**
As Marketing and Engagement Lead you will be responsible for implementing marketing and engagement strategies to support the organisation’s programs and development initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and leading a team of 2, you will support the Leadership team to manage the Business and Strategic plans, develop and oversee customer service standards and lead initiatives to connect with the community to increase engagement and retention rates.

The role will suit an experienced marketing and customer experience professional with previous management experience who is adaptable and solutions focused.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement Marketing and Engagement strategies to support the organisations’ programs and development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse data, such as feedback, engagement metrics and performance initiatives.
- Develop and oversee customer service standards. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor performance against changing standards and industry trends.
- Motivate and empower team members, providing guidance and support.
- Continue to expand MDNSW’s capacity to place interests of Neuromuscular community at centre of all activities.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A few years’ experience in a marketing and customer experience role.
- People leadership experience.
- Ability to work well in a small agile and dynamic team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Practical exposure to disability desirable but not essential.
- Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Worker Check.
- Current driver’s license.
- Up to date Covid-19 vaccination.
