**Company Description**

Kirribilli Club is a community-focused venue located in Sydney, NSW, with a history of providing quality customer service and facilities. The Club offers a unique experience overlooking Sydney Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, and the City Skyline and prides itself on its facilities for conferences, functions, and events.

**Your responsibilities included**:

- Oversee the events operational team
- Lead by example and having active presence across all events
- Provide job coaching to your Team
- Direct your Team when running and operating large events
- Work closely alongside operational stakeholders to ensure smooth operations e.g Event Sales, Food and Beverage, Marketing, etc
- Act as a primary point of contact for all operational events
- Coordinating and overseeing all events across the Club
- Ensure all events are set up and compliant with WHS standards
- Run and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Manage venues, suppliers, and external stakeholder on all aspects of event operations
- Actively drive key revenue goals and targets of the department
- Effective rostering for all events

**Essential Criteria includes**:

- Proven ability to lead, plan and deliver events in a collaborative and professional way within a large organisation
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with key and senior stakeholders across multiple parts of an organisation to deliver an outcome
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience working within fast paced hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus
- RSA and RCG Competency Card
- Availability to work over 7 day rotating roster

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
