**Surgical Sales Specialist**
**, you will be required to**:

- Conduct proactive outbound relationship-based activity to drive sales and grow market share with new and existing customers.
- Strong client focus, and educate surgeons in the private and public hospital environment across NSW, ACT, and QLD.
- Visit and run trials with surgeons, NUMs, and procurement/C-Suite to educate them on the suitability of your products.
- You will be responsible for the lucrative and growing NSW, ACT, and QLD territories.
- Plan and execute the sales strategy to ensure the successful conversion of opportunities.
- Facilitate product training to assist surgeons and theatre staff in the correct use of the device, providing technical knowledge and support as required.

**ATTRIBUTES YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within Medical Devices
- Effective negotiator that delivers a win/win solution and protects your operating margins.
- Honest, confident, tenacious, and willing to go above and beyond in delivering the best customer service possible.
- Self-starter, a fast learner, and highly motivated with a genuine passion for sales
- You will work in a strategic and organised manner, and relationship-building will come naturally to you
- Highly motivated, resilient, focused, and adaptable
- Strong drive for excellence
- Operate ethically and with accountability
