As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product support to physicians and clinical professionals, developing relationships with clinicians, and driving business growth through technical support and product expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide product support and technical expertise to physicians and clinical professionals on the use of Hologic's NovaSure and MyoSure Systems

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians to ensure maximum benefit and application of Hologic systems in a surgical setting

• Identify and develop business opportunities to increase market share and meet sales targets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantageous)

• Proven sales experience in a healthcare setting (or equivalent experience in a related field)

• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and surgical procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

• Clean driving record and full Australian driver's license

• Eligibility to live and work in Australia
