Hatch is supporting DocuSign to find a great Sales Pipeline Program Insights & Delivery Manager to join their Data and Analytics team. **About the role at DocuSign**

DocuSign is looking for a Pipeline Program Manager to drive a data-driven approach to outbound prospecting campaigns used at scale by our sales organisation. In this role, you’ll use data insights to create target contact lists, reports and dashboards that will be used by sales and sales development teams to create, accelerate and expand pipeline for different sales motions. You will work with cross functional go-to-market teams on defining world class strategies and programs to engage and convert prospects and customers. Your goal will be to identify insights to drive impact, leveraging the work of the greater team and then measure the successes and failures, to scale pilot programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Insights Presentation - Organize and present data to effectively communicate findings
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Governance - Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of data governance solutions

**Strengths**

- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
