Since 1997, we've passionately partnered with primary schools to ignite lifelong learning in young minds. Through dynamic coaching in chess, robotics, coding, dance, and more, we're dedicated to awakening curiosity and empowering the next generation of enthusiastic learners.

**We're looking to add a Program Coordinator to our growing team, based at our largest partner school in Doncaster East on a part-time basis.**

As a Program Coordinator with Kids Unlimited**, you'll earn a base hourly rate of $30 plus super, a laptop and a phone to ensure you are set up for success. **This part-time role will be on a 10-hour-per-week contract working from Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of flexing up to more hours during the week, and the prospects of career growth.

**What will I be doing?**

As a **Program Coordinator, **the core purpose of your role is to ensure the smooth coordination of several extra-curricular programs across the week and enhance the administration experience for the school staff, coaches and parents. Some of your key responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring classrooms are correctly allocated for programs
- Coordination with coaches arriving at the school
- Following up on student absences with parents
- Liaise with the CPM about the program's operations
- Communicate to the school staff any updates

**What do I need to succeed?**

We're committed to ensuring all of our team have the safety and experience that our students experience at the forefront, the ideal person for this role is somebody who has had experience working in an education setting and coordination of school programs and/or events. Additionally, someone who has a high attention to detail, is driven to provide great outcomes and can think on their feet is essential.
