We seek a Full Time (Contract 3 Months opportunity for extension) Campus Coordinator - Support to aid in service delivery and administrative tasks alongside our campus coordinators.


What this role involves

As the
Campus Coordinator Support:

You will:

  • Provide daily administrative support to CCs.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Oversee rostering and staff vacancies.
  • Manage participant file documentation.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training.
  • Maintain uptodate program writeups and risk assessments.
  • Manage client Penelope profiles and demographic data.
  • Support WHS requirements and site inspections.
  • Assist with preparations for new intake and events.
  • Crosscheck activity fee reports against attendance records.

Eligibility:

  • Qualifications in Relevant Field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the sector.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers' Screening Check
  • Familiarity with Disability Services Act 2006, NDIS, NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards, and Victorian Charter of Human Rights
