**About the role**:
Exciting opportunity for a Remuneration and Reward Specialist to join and support our newly acquired retail business of 6,000 team members across the country. In this role you will;
- Manage the remuneration and reward program
- Administer the annual remuneration and bonus review
- Complete job evaluation and benchmarking
- Be the SME for Remuneration and Reward issues

**About you**:
You will be curious and love data driven decision making with experience in total rewards / compensation and benefits. You will possesses analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to generate insight from data and generate actionable plans from insights. You will be an independent self-starter who loves process and with the tenacity to follow through on assigned projects to successful completion. You will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and love building relationships and providing detailed advise to key stakeholders. You will have advanced excel skills and working knowledge of pay methodology systems such as Mercer.
