The role is primarily based at Head Office in Collingwood. The role may also be called on at times to attend airports across Australia and New Zealand and at times overseas with Jetstar Branded Airlines at other international locations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. It is expected this role will require occasional working weekends where an initiative requires it.

**In the role you will be required to**:

- Ensure configuration for Airport and Customer Experience technology devices is maintained and optimised (e.g. manage OS upgrades, staging process and profile setup and modification)
- Forecast and manage budget of MDM licensing for in scope devices.
- Create & Deliver the mobility hardware strategy that supports the airport and customer experience mobility strategy.
- Ensure health of device fleet through stocktakes, audits and general asset management
- Develop roadmap for hardware replacement, ensuring forward planning for future budgets
- Service Agreement management with vendors, ensure expiration of contacts are managed and renewals planned for future budgets
- Ensure SIM card management is maintained.
- Monitoring of usage requirements around the network to enable forecasting and redeployment of assets where required.
- Uplift and continuously improve the support model of devices under responsibility, including Help Desk Knowledge Article review and uplift.
- Provide help desk with skilling / training to best handle support cases.
- Review, refine and improve the hardware fault / repair process.
- Manage a stock of accessories and consumables (cases, triggers, tethers, etc) to ensure ongoing serviceability of mobility equipment.
- Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on mobility roadmap and support the delivery of project and organisational goals where airport and customer experience mobility solutions are impacted or an enablement of delivering on those goals.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Technical Technology qualifications or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in industry
- Previous experience working with Mobile Device Management systems, working with both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Previous experience in End User Support roles
- Experience in maintaining key internal relationships at an individual contributor level
- Experience with general business requirements management / documentation and understanding business drivers
- Aviation experience will be highly regarded
- Highly Customer focused
- Service focused
- Strong, supportive and informative team player - Good communication skills - to both technical and non-technical team audiences
- Technology hardware and software support skills
- Strong Technology Operational Knowledge - systems, tools and processes
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management
