About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the LHG’s workforce strategy. You’ll be at the heart of developing and implementing strategic workforce plans that are crucial for the long-term success of the organisation. We are looking for a highly strategic professional to drive workforce planning initiatives that ensure LHG has the right talent and capacity to meet both current and future business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, develop and rollout a strategic work force planning process, analyse workforce data, and develop actionable strategies to address workforce gaps, while aligning with the organisation’s enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

About You
You are a dynamic and collaborative, solutions-focused professional with extensive experience working across a diverse business. in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce modelling. High proficiency in workforce planning software and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). You possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, paired with a growth mindset that keeps you always eager to learn and improve.
