The Administrative Manager, W&C Division is responsible for the management and provision of administrative functions, including assurances of consistent, effective, and reliable administrative support across all facets of the Women’s and Children’s Division.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Co-Director Women's and Children's Division, this position is new to the Division. The Administration Manager duties for the role may include but not limited to:

- Ensure the effective management of human, financial and physical assets through appropriate planning and allocation of resources to achieve agreed Division / Unit / Ward / Service and strategic plans
- Coordinating the implementation of initiatives, directions or services endorsed by the Clinical/Co-Director
- Reviewing existing administrative services, identifying service gaps and developing new and innovative approaches to the delivery of services within the area
- Providing informed advice on strategies to ensure the effective and efficient use of Implementing and evaluating service-based quality improvement programs
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers

**About you**:

- Proven high developed communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal)
- Proven sound management and leadership skills, including managing staff within a constantly changing environment
- Experience researching / investigating, analysing information, formulating suitable solutions and preparing reports and correspondence on complex issues
- Recent experience working within an administrative area, preferably within a health setting
