As the Head of International Sales, you will lead, guide, and motivate an onshore and offshore sales team to meet targets. The Head of Sales will sit on the executive management team and will be responsible for all aspects of international student recruitment. Here you will develop the sales strategies to maximise performance within the team and work as a team towards annual sales targets.

**The Role**:

- Manage and support the onshore and offshore sales team
- Implement the student recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the admissions team to share enrolment targets
- Uphold strong relationships with key agents
- Empower the team to achieve targets and goals
- Other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer
- Previous experience leading an international sales team
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within international student recruitment (preferred not essential)
- Ability to work to KPI’s and drive a sales team to meet outcomes
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure in reporting and presenting to senior management
- Sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages
