- Due to steady growth our Client; a successful Insurance Brokerage are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant who enjoys dealing directly with clients across Property, commercial and domestic claims. This role is an integral position within a well-known, respected and expanding brokerage in the Insurance Industry.

**Key day to day responsibilities**:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial strata insurance claims
- Finding the best solution for the clients
- Liaising with underwriters, clients and the Account Managers
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Solid experience lodging and managing complex claims end to end
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and underwriters
- Proactive attitude
