**Your new company**
This construction company is leading the way in with its innovative approaches to projects and builds. They are looking for an Office Admin/Personal Assistant to support the COO in daily tasks. This role will be Temp for at least 4 weeks and then become Permanent on a salary around $65k - $70k + Super (Depending on experience and performance in the Temp role)
**Your new role**
A busy yet rewardable role with a variety of duties that will keep the day interesting. Standard duties are as follows:
- Manage the Office; including reception duties, meeting rooms, kitchen, mail and office maintenance
- Coordinate travel including; car hire, accommodation and staff relocations
- Validate invoices, dockets, orders and subcontractors into ViewPoint system
- Reconcile company credit and debit cards
- Assist with onboarding new staff
- Provide PA support to COO including diary management
- Provide General Manager with admin and clerical support
- Compile reports and documents for internal and external meetings
- Additional adhoc duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to be an experienced Admin/PA with an interest in the construction industry. As this is a Temp to Perm opportunity, you will need to be either a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen and be on less than 2-3 weeks notice period.
