If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a high profile Government department as a **Wayfinding Delivery Advisor**.

**C**ommitted to delivering seamless journeys for their customers, our client is embarking on new projects, whilst also maintaining their existing infrastructure, by crafting innovative wayfinding solutions.

**Length of the project**:

- Initially 3 months, most likely ongoing
- 5 days a week (if you're only available for 3 please still apply)
- 2 days on-site in Melbourne, 3 days remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of projects by conducting thorough investigations and research.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable wayfinding plans.
- Analyse architectural plans and renderings, strategically placing signage and determining messaging.
- Liaise with design studios to develop signage solutions for project approval and feedback.
- Oversee the production process, working with procurement teams and signage companies to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of signage.
- Conduct defect walks to verify the accuracy and quality of installed signage.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on wayfinding, signage, and customer information projects.
- Expertise in conducting thorough investigations and research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with project teams, design studios, and procurement teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and signage industry standards is advantageous.
