**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will develop sourcing strategies across Veolia’s national Fleet and Mobile Asset portfolio to deliver improved commercial and risk management arrangements. You will work strategically to capture best in market WOL pricing, standardisation, supply chain optimisation, supplier positioning and future innovation. IN this key role you will bring new value to Veolia through business partnering, clinical supplier management and implementing a “capex to disposal” approach to fleet category management.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement Fleet & Mobile Asset sourcing strategies (1 to 3 years) for all Mobile Assets - Collections, Industrials, Water and Yellow Plant, which consider all elements of strategic category management
- Manage and monitor ongoing approved CAPEX requirements, including alignment to supplier build spots, identification of ad-hoc sourcing requirements and delivery schedules/against committed CAPEX
- Conduct market exercises (RFX, direct negotiation etc.) which support robust commercial and contract arrangements for all Fleet & Mobile Asset acquisitions
- Manage fleet supplier relationships during and post the strategic procurement review process via structured Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) techniques.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Seven plus years of relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain (exposure to fleet procurement desirable)
- Experience in driving and implementing process improvements within decentralised and complex businesses
- High level of project management experience
- Strong sense of urgency and comfortable in promoting change.
