Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer as part of the senior leadership team in the function, you and your team will achieve success by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external. **What you'll be responsible for**:

- Drive process improvements across the Procurement/Purchasing digital roadmap.
- Initiate and manage optimization, standardisation and digitization projects for our purchasing and sourcing activities, i.e. for SAP Ariba P2P and Ariba Sourcing (S2C).
- Procurement and purchasing compliance & ESG framework and policies & procedures in accordance with Veolia Group requirements
- Leadership to departmental support functions.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Seven + years of relevant experience in Procurement/Support Services
- Ideally tertiary education (business, engineering, accounting, logistics)
- Experience with SAP Ariba procurement modules or analogous systems
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, business process improvements and procurement practices
- Experience in driving and implementing process improvements within decentralised and complex businesses
- High level of project management experience
