Daily operations

Responsible for the daily monitoring of outbound orders, ensuring inventory accuracy by coordinating and supporting the cycle-count activities including performing inventory adjustments when required. Responsible for the planning and execution of daily resource scheduling for outbound orders, providing prompt update to the Commercial team on the progress. Comply with receiving, storage and shipping procedures for processing commercial products in the warehouse, applies to all environments including but not limited to cold chamber controlled ambient and vault products Collaborates with Clinical team for load leveling of logistic resources to ensure daily schedules are met. Requests and authorizes return authorizations using Return Connect, pulls product, packages, and ships returns and recalls Execute the training program for logistics associates on processes including but not limited to inbounds, outbounds, returns, stock take or intercompany transfers Proficient in daily operations and ability to support logistics activities such as relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Facility. Possesses deep knowledge of all inventory management systems used by World Courier and support with troubleshooting issues when required.

Supports the Commercial team with a variety of tasks as needed and serves as a liaison between all departments to include Account Management and Sales associates. Provide support to compliance team on policies, procedures, safety rules and applicable government regulations. Responsible for the sourcing and purchase of commercial materials including pallets, boxes, supplies and any other material when required Perform any other duties as communicated by hiring manager

Inventory Management

Responsible for the physical inventory management and reconciliation process on all inventory in the warehouse and provide investigated recommendations for any adjustments. Analyze inventory to include but not limited to slow moving and short dated including Client reporting. Ensures all documents and records are properly filled and archived according to goods documentation practice standards. Must be able to work overtime when required. Must be available to be part of the on-call roster to support emergency shipments. Contacts Vendors/Customers and assist with resolutions to meet company guidelines. Provides internal and external customer support with advance knowledge of processes.

Multi-department coordination

Supports the Commercial team with a variety of tasks as needed and serves as a liaison between all departments to include Account Management and Sales associates. Work with other departments and business units on inventory movements as needed. Identifies problematic situations and implements appropriate solutions. Researches and resolves discrepancies in credits and related to product returns. Updates inventory values at time of price changes per instructions from Account Management / Customer Service team

Internal Communication and Information Sharing
- Responsible on providing daily report to Internal Stakeholders on the order and shipment status.
- Ensure effective collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders to find resolutions to Clinical and Commercial matters.
- Liaise with the Transport Customer Service team in relation to World Courier transport bookings and ensure correct processes are followed.
- Provide information to all WCA business units to ensure work output is coordinated in an effective manner.
- Actively contribute to team and in organizational wide discussions by sharing ideas, experiences and recommendations around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

Teamwork and Collaboration
- Effectively collaborate with all Internal Stakeholders to ensure the function is operating effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a harmonious team environment.
- Conduct training of processes with associates

Policy and procedure
- Comply with standard operating procedures and policies to ensure that the function is demonstrating consistent practices nationally and is in line with strategic objectives.
- Ensure WCA compliance with all government legislative and other requirements such as ACS, CASA, AQIS, IATA, ISO
- Ensure full compliance with international local regulations such as WCA RACA SP (Registered Air Cargo Security Program) Australian Customs IATA regulations
- Ensure full compliance with WCA quality management systems (GxP)
- Responsible in developing and implementing new processes and procedures including active involvement in review and update of company SOP’s and Work Instructions.
