We’re seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to ensure seamless coordination of inward goods and inventory control. Focused on precision and efficiency, you’ll also support system improvements and workflow enhancements. Bring your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset to make a meaningful impact.
**Your Contribution**:
- Monitor inbound goods, inspect quality, and ensure documentation compliance
- Manage inventory levels, accuracy, re-orders, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain ERP data, analyze trends, and prepare reports
- Enhance and document stores procedures for improvement
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, QA, safety, and financial standards
- Support warehouse operations and outbound logistics as required
**Your Profile**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain management, preferably in a regulated environment like medical device manufacturing.
- Proficient in GMP standards and ERP systems (ideally NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and data management skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience in stock and inventory control
- High attention to detail
- Teamplayer with excellent communication skills
- Forklift license preferred
