Currently seeking an Operations & Sales Support Administrator, this role will see you responsible for working alongside a highly qualified team and within a tight knit, successful real estate agency.

**The Role**:

- Settlement gifts
- Preparing weekly meeting agendas for sales & property management
- Sending properties live
- Compliance
- Creating pre list & listing presentations
- Preparation of agent agreements
- Liasing with solicitors
- Property marketing
- Exchanges & settlements
- Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Current driver’s licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous, and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service
- Team leadership and development of others
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
