Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a large team. Your focus will be on developing a high performing guest centric team whilst efficiently managing all Front Office operations including Front Desk, Concierge and Duty Managers.

**Experience Required**:

- Extensive Hotel Front Office experience within a 4-5 star property.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through the ability to train, motivate and develop your Front Office team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed satisfaction levels.
- A talent to establish rapport to assist with negotiating and influencing outcomes.
- Experience in strategy development and business planning.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of products and OPERA (preferrable).
