We are building our team in Australia and are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists who are determined to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking seasoned customer specialists to join their Newcastle field workflow team.

As a valuable part of this high performing team, you will benefit from a collaborative culture that’s supportive and professional, delivering outcomes for the highest priority work.

**The Role**:
The Workflow Specialist will manage the production of work for internal and external Communication Technicians, driving performance and production, while meeting customer promises. You will be a key player in determining the outcome of planned customer visits, therefore a high level of organisational and problem-solving skills is required for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be working in an Operations Centre, driving effective solutions to ensure productivity, production and customer experiences are met.
- You will be assigned to specific regions across the nation managing the risks and ensuring planned schedules are delivered.
- Effective organisational skills are highly regarded to manage scheduled customer events, mitigating risk through quick thinking operational decisions, inevitably minimising failed production supply.
- Your role will involve connecting with dedicated leadership representatives across multiple business units, capturing opportunities to improve and better production, supply and customer experiences.
- Prioritise and manage all known tasks at risk, following set process and procedures to achieve the best solution for all applicable tasks.
