**Organization Overview**:
Responsible for all training and development of the company's sales force. This includes planning and implementing all sales training programs and training events related to product knowledge, selling skills, omnichannel customer engagements, digital and systems operations, and soft-skill development workshops.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop sales capabilities across existing and new brands and therapeutic areas.
- Understand the need and purpose of prioritised sales capabilities across Lilly Sales teams, e.g., Value Based Selling, Omnichannel Customer Engagements, Strategic Account Management and Business Ownership.
- Work as part of Lilly's regional (ANZ, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong) Sales Capabilities group to develop and/or localise learning interventions and best training practice.
- Develop and maintain an effective business partnership with Alliance trainers as needed.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Significant field experience in pharmaceutical selling and/or coaching is highly desirable
- Formal training & development qualification desired
- Two years’ experience in sales capability development in the pharmaceutical industry highly desirable

- ** Flexibility & Learning Agility**: The role works across Lilly brands and therapeutic areas, therefore agility, ability to quickly grasp information is essential.
- ** Ability to Prioritise**: As Lilly's portfolio continues to grow, the ability to prioritise and make trade-off decisions alongside key business contacts is essential.
- ** Ability to Influence**: The role will need to collaborate across multiple business units and have the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Creativity**:As Lilly's portfolio grows, to meet customer needs, the Sales Capabilities Associate will need to think creatively to maximise learning opportunities for sales teams.
**Additional Information**:
- Travel approximately 15%
- Remote eligible
