You will also be responsible for continuing to build the agency’s travel portfolio, proactively seeking out and securing new business, training and mentoring team members and passing on specialised travel knowledge to them, and constantly evolving ways of servicing clients to maintain best practice.

You will work with the founder and general manager of The Cru to build out the new division in line with The Cru’s ethos and standards, whilst continuing to focus strongly on the strategic PR needs of the agency’s clients.

Ideally you have had experience in a similar role, though a great attitude and willingness to learn is most important.

- Global experience and international network and relevant industry contacts
- A track record of retention and the profitable growth of existing accounts
- Demonstrable success at securing new business and increasing client revenues
- A strong leader with the skills and aptitude to develop, mentor and motivate a team

**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Developing and managing PR campaigns and communications strategies
- Developing PR materials for campaigns including: media releases, bios, interview briefs
- Liaison with the media on behalf of clients
- Provide strategic advice to clients retained by the agency
- Leading and managing a new business division, ensuring clients are well supported, managed and retained
- Managing a team of PR professionals; offering development support, training needs and performance reviews
- Ability to assist the agency’s general manager and director in high-level business planning, as well as be a key point of contact for clients
- Handle the strategic needs of the agency’s clients
