At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.

This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave. In this role you will provide high level business assistance and executive support to the Principal Conciliation Officer, as well as supporting the Conciliation Leads and broader Conciliation team. You will be a pivotal point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders for the Conciliation business unit.

A natural organiser, your key priorities will include diary management, managing documentation flow and follow-up, coordination of a range of meetings and minutes, and ensuring all necessary executive support services are provided at the highest standard.

With proven experience supporting senior executives, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills, forward thinking and initiative, and a highly proactive manner.
- A high level of discretion and good judgement will be essential to balance multiple competing priorities, as well as confidential matters.
- Confidence and professionalism in interpersonal and relationship management, and the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.

Your approachable demeanour, creative problem solving skills and positive work ethic will be an asset to you in this role.
