Debt Collections Officer - Medical Imaging

12 month fixed-term full-time contract

Medical Imaging Debt Collections Officer
- Fixed term Contract, Full time hours
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
- Hybrid working model
- Hawthorn East location, close to public transport

We are currently seeking an experienced Collections officer to join our team.

Your day will look a little like this:

- Following up patients, health funds and third parties for payment
- Management of patient enquiries
- Liaising efficiently with internal and external stakeholder queries

Your experience will include:

- Previous experience in medical imaging or accounts receivable/ debt management is preferable.
- Exposure to Medicare, Health Funds, TAC, WorkCover and DVA would be an advantage.
- Relevant Account collection experience
- Accounts receivable experience in a health care setting
- MS Office and WebPas
