**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Senior Account & Compliance Manager, you will responsible for developing and strengthening key customer relationships, specifically with our major retail accounts, focusing on long-term growth and retention. Key Account Managers work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop and strengthen relationships to deliver strategic partnerships with key customers.

**What your day will look like**:

- Plan, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage the communication flow of the customer’s needs and contractual requirements to ensure all KPI’s are met
- Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance visibility of operational performance.
- Define the value proposition and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build solutions supporting revenue growth, value creation and share of wallet across provision of logistics services.
- Prepare and present periodic reports including agreed KPIs, commercial data and other agreed reporting metrics in a professional and accurate manner.
- Participate in site based and online meetings and other activities relative to assigned portfolio.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes and operational methodologies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Incorporate current and future customer needs and expectations into business strategies.
- Ensure that all the needs of assigned accounts are met including maximising revenue, minimising cost, driving continuous improvement, and increasing share of wallet.

- Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel when required
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business and/or logistics or extensive industry experience
- 5+ years relevant logistics experience, with a proven track record
