**The role**
Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with their HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following duties:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including role briefing, creating the sourcing strategy, posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing/scheduling interviews, and offer management.
- Coach stakeholders through the recruitment process and build their recruitment capability.
- Providing process improvement recommendations on their recruitment methodology, processes, and systems.

This opportunity would suit an established Talent Acquisition Advisor/Business Partner with the following experience and traits.
- FMCG or Retail knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to build reliable and trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and adaptability
- Authentic and consultative approach
- An existing skill set in end-to-end recruitment (internal or external agency) will be considered.
