We are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified, and committed person to fulfill a **part-time Human Resources (HR) Generalist role **within our organisation. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary service team to manage and deliver efficient, innovative, and considered HR guidance and advice to the organisation, and to our service team.

**Your Role**
- Manage employee files and contract ensuring they are up to date and compliant
- Manage staff training, performance reviews and probation completion
- Assist service teams with rostering and staffing requirements
- Manage the roll-out and implementation of HR policies and procedures and updating existing policies to comply with company changes and fair work requirement

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in HR Management, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a HR generalist role or other related area, such as recruitment, performance management, HRIMS Development etc.
- Demonstrated experience working with Employment Hero HR, as well as an understanding of its interaction with Employment Hero Payroll functionalities will be an advantage.
- Willingness to embrace organisational challenges and changes, with an optimistic and determined approach.
- Demonstrated experience engaging in employee recruitment, contract, performance management and HRIMS management.
- Experience dealing with workplace conflict and mediation.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in developing organisational policies and position descriptions.

**NOTE**: Applicants must obtain a Working with Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week

- Human resources management: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (required)
- National Police Check (required)
