About you
As our Evaluation Officer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the National GP Training monitoring and evaluation framework and associated evaluation plans in your dedicated region of Northern Territory and Western Australia. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
demonstrated experience and expertise in using a range of evaluation and/or research methodologies.
experience coordinating projects.
excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
knowledge of General Practice education and training

About the opportunity
Reporting to Evaluation Lead, you’ll be responsible for a range of evaluation activities to foster a culture of continuous evidence-based improvement that is required for GP Training.

**In addition, you’ll**:
support the evaluation requirements of the GP Training program and its associated program and pathway elements being developed.
work with Senior Evaluation Officers to provide an integrated, consistent, and flexible approach to deliver the quality data need to evaluate GP Training.
assist with evaluation strategy and development for projects and program across different functions of the College.
work effectively and collaboratively with other key employees across various projects, departments, and divisions.
