The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer is responsible for supporting the design and delivery of MEL-focused activities for important sustainability programs and projects that contribute to Solar Victoria's mission of enabling Victorians to access affordable, relation and clean energy.

The role is part of the Research and Evaluation team and contributes to program/project monitoring, evaluation, research, analysis, planning and reporting activities. It is a key communication and liaison point for assigned programs of work and associated projects and will build effective relationships across the organisation to advance the team's agenda and build Solar Victoria's research and evaluation capacity.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Practical experience in a monitoring and evaluation, public policy or program related role.

**This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2023. The preferred work location for this position is at our brand-new state of the art headquarters in Morwell. A Melbourne CBD location can be negotiated with Hybrid work arrangements available.**
