**About the Team**
- Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

**The Role**
- You’ll be part of our Marketing Activation team responsible for achieving commercial outcomes through the effective management of the MYOB brand.

You will also track our current campaign against commercial objectives, and make recommendations for how to optimise and extend the campaign into 2024.
- Please note that this role is a Fixed Term Contract until end of January 2024._

**What you'll be focused on...**:

- Champion brand alignment, customer experience and brand value agenda across the marketing team and whole organisation
- Develop, optimise, track and report on brand campaigns and communications
- Build brand value and lead the development and delivery of brand related projects, including visual identity and architecture development
- Collaborate with campaign managers and social and content teams to ensure campaigns are seamlessly integrated through the buying funnel

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- Experience developing and implementing brand strategy at a senior level
- Proven marketing experience, including strategy development, media planning, and campaign development and management
- Proven track record to generate insights from research and analytics and turn them into positive commercial outcomes
- A natural leader with experience leading a successful team
- Has a track record of building organisational capability through coaching, training and managing other
