Role and responsibilities

The role of Property Development Manager will provide broad exposure across our real estate advisory and investment business, including real estate capital transactions, investment management, and development. The role provides a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities, including:

- Preparing a detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Running feasibilities and financial models for new investment opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends and produce succinct reports or presentations to support the proposed investment or development.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support business development initiatives - including pitches to capital providers and other clients.

Your background

To be successful for this role, you will essentially have;
- Be degree-qualified.
- Have 1-4 years of experience in the property or finance sectors.
- Possess strong analytical and research skills.
- Be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus, Estate Master, or similar financial modeling programs looked upon favorably.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
