Reporting to the Sales Performance Manager, the Sales Performance Analyst will be responsible for effectively managing and administering the commissions plans for Vocus Enterprise & Government Sales team. This will include accurate and timely processing, design and assessment to ensure we have a clear understanding of key business levers and it’s driving desired commercial and business goals.
The role requires a high degree of problem solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Performance team, especially in displaying a growth-mindset and eagerness to provide great service to its customers in the Enterprise and Government Sales Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile, and report on, internal commission payments and external partner commission payments
- Assimilate, analyse and maintain data from various sources to a highly accurate standard
- Summarise and submit commission data to senior management
- Respond to commission related queries and request from sales leaders and their teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders on resolving commission-related issues

**Skills**:

- Sales commissions management experience - preferably a complex sales environment
- Intermediate leaning to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to work to strict timelines
- Written and verbal communication skills Ability to present data and insights ready for end user consumption

**NV1 clearance or be eligible for clearance** - Australian Citizen
