**Client Details**

Our client is seeking a Japanese Speaking Personal Assistant based in north of Sydney to provide day to day secretarial and administrative support.

**Description**

The key responsibilities and duties:

- Telephone, diary management, travels coordination
- Create documents and presentations for meetings and reports
- Bookkeeping and data entry
- Organise company newsletter and events
- Arrange office supplies and maintain office facilities
- Liaising with the head office in Japan
- Undertake ad hoc project / requests
- Liaising with external bodies as required
- Any other duties as requested

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths**:

- Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Japanese
- A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
