**Description**

As the Financial Analyst you will work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Manager to develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.

**You will**:

- Manage the organisation and analysing of financial data for Adecco DFR, providing insights to guide financial decision making.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth and streamlining for Adecco DFR.
- Lead the implementation of best practice approaches to report production and information management, ensuring accurate data is made accessible and presented in a meaningful way.
- Proactively deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance existing financial models, financial data processes and dashboard reporting.
- Consolidate, analyse and validate complex structured and unstructured data sets from a variety of sources.
- Develop and implement self-service capabilities for Finance.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data and management information.
- Design and automate reporting suites that allows leaders to track and monitor trends and make observations.
- Ensure integrity, availability and relevance of data.
- Develop insights using defined best practice, ensuring valuable contribution to financial decision making.
- Provide recommendations for improvements utilising data insights that contribute to cost reductions, revenue generation and streamlining operations.
- Complete reports and analyse data, as requested and required by FPA Manager, Head of Finance and other key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to the business' needs for data analysis to enable well informed approaches to financial performance of a function.
- Maintain deep knowledge of DFR current and future priorities.
- Maintain industry knowledge to ensure exceptional level of support to the business.

**Profile**

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights. Skilled in utilizing statistical techniques, data visualization, and programming languages to extract valuable information from large datasets. Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills to present findings in a clear and compelling manner. Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and driving business growth. Passionate about uncovering hidden patterns and trends to drive informed decision-making

**Your background will demonstrate**:

- Proficient in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization
- Experienced in building and maintaining financial dashboards using PowerBI
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality assurance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Dedicated to driving data-centric solutions for organizational success
