We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at JLL. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of multifaceted intercompany requirements for our global account. This will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients, third parties, and team members, as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Please note that you must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client’s requirement with the ability to gain and retain a Negative Vetting (NV1) security clearance.

**What this role involves**:
Performing funding requests for rent, property operating and capital expenditure
Monthly accruals for rent, property operating and capital expenditure, and posting of journals into the accounting system
Assist with month-end, budgets and forecast including analysis of client data and responding to financial queries from the client
Working with JLL staff and stakeholders to establish procedures and systems
Facilitate payment processing
Coding and processing of non-system invoices
Review and process all petty cash acquittals
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including leasing managers, lease administration, facilities management, and client representatives
Provide a high level of customer service to the client, third parties and other team members
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks

An Australian Citizen with ability to gain Negative Vetting (NV1) clearance
Tertiary education in Accounting/Finance.
Achievement or near completion of professional qualifications such as CPA/CA (highly regarded).
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a regular basis.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and energetic.
Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations.
