**Client Details**

Our client, All Nippon Airways (ANA), a 5-star Japanese airline is seeking a Flight Operations & Load Controller at Perth International Airport. You will be responsible for coordinating flight operations and monitoring load planning and control.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities and duties**:

- Coordinate all flight operations
- Deal with air traffic control problems and weather conditions
- Monitor aircraft to make sure they run on time
- Plan to reduce disruption to the flight schedule and possible impact
- Create load control documentation
- Ensure compliance to relevant regulations
- Liaise with various stakeholders in the airport

**Flight Operations duties**:

- Share information of runway conditions, wind direction, fuel, flight route, procedure, maintenance status with flight crew before departure, during flight and after landing to support operations.
- Communicate with passenger services team, maintenance team, cargo team and operation HQ in Tokyo to support safe operations.

**Load Controller duties**:

- Weight Control of aircraft - to adjust center of gravity of an aircraft and calculate final weight (passenger, baggage, cargo & mail).
- Send calculated final weight to center of gravity as "Weight & Balance Manifest" to the pilot.
- Create loading Instruction sheet - arrange the loading position and amount to load (cargo and passenger baggage) and direct loading agents to load accordingly.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Experience in load control systems and flight operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English
- Strong attention to detail and possess flexibility
- Computer literate
- Must have Driver's License
- Ability to work any shift including late night, weekends, and holidays
