Exciting opportunity for a driven Retail Area Manager who has a natural talent for bringing the best out of people to join a dynamic and growing organisation.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to the retail team across multiple kitchen show rooms within an assigned territory in the Sydney Metro Area. You will be responsible for ensuring the team provides excellent customer service & product knowledge, ensuring kitchens are sold to the highest standard of professionalism. You will also play a key role in developing strategies to improve overall process of the business.

**What will you be doing?**
- Organise and manage all store operations of assigned territory and lead a team of consultants
- Recruit, select, and train Showroom Consultants based on company standard
- Provide coaching and mentoring to all team members, develop training guidelines
- Conduct performance management and appraisals
- Plan and implement the store marketing strategy in all showrooms
- Mange the rostering of showroom staff in line with different store trading hours
- Manage and communicate with Store Managers weekly to plan agendas and manage any escalations
- Submit weekly reports to identify areas for improvement to provide a quality service that meets and exceeds expectations
- Awareness and HR policies and best practice when managing team members
- Leadership/Management experience gained within a retail environment - Managing teams across multiple locations is a bonus
- Experience gained in Kitchen sales for similar household renovation would be advantageous
- Ability to mentor and motivate a team of showroom consultants
- Will have a great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for what they do
- A drivers license and ability to travel between multiple store locations
