**Division Responsibilities**

The Regulatory Practice and Support Division provides operational regulatory policy advice

and specific support services to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Office

of Drug Control (ODC) which together comprise the Health Products Regulation Group

(HPRG). These services ensure efficient, best practice regulatory operations.

**Branch Responsibilities**

Health Products and Regulation Group’s (HPRG) Digital Transformation Branch works across

HPRG and with the Department’s Information and Technology Division to deliver modern

digital platforms. A key objective is to make it easier for HPRG staff and industry to complete

business transactions with the Group and find the information they need. The Branch

applies agile and user-centred methods to deliver high quality digital products.

**Section Responsibilities**

The Portal and Case Management Product Team in HPR Group’s Digital Transformation

Branch works with the Department’s Information and Technology Division to deliver portal

and case management infrastructure for the Group. The team applies agile and user-centred

principles in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Portal and Case Management

Product Team It is supported by adjacent product teams working at the program level on

the future state from a technical and data perspective, and an enabling Program

Management Office (PMO). A merit pool will be established for future opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Product Manager - Portal and Case Management, will work closely with our delivery

partner, the Department’s Information and Technology Division, HPRG staff and end-users

to deliver high quality digital solutions that meet internal and external needs. The Product

Manager will:

- Work with the Product Owner and Executive to shape and confirm priorities
- Drive delivery against agreed program and product roadmaps, be focused on meeting

internal and external user needs and manage a maturing prioritised backlog
- Escalate and actively manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Collaborate, leverage expertise and communicate with key stakeholders to support

delivery. The Product Manager will be supported by a program-level PMO, Data and

Enterprise, Future State and Transition teams.
