We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Regional Sales Manager (Ethical) - South & West** for our **Abbott Nutrition** business. This is a **Melbourne based** role, covering the _territories of VIC, SA & WA_.

**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:

- Drive the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products through the leadership of a high performing, agile, ethical sales team.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline of high performers who drive the business, and have the potential to be developed into future Abbott leaders.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional team of Key Account Managers.
- Develop, implement and adjust, the region’s business plan in line with the overall National strategy.
- Proactively manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships within Tender Boards, KOLs and Key Accounts.
- Oversee and be accountable for the region’s financial outcomes and performance.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or science-based qualification is essential
- Eligible for recognition as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and for membership of Dietitians Australia (DA)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstration of successful sales track record and strong understanding of industry process
- Sound knowledge of the Homecare and community landscape including the National Disability Insurance Scheme is highly advantageous
- Experience working with and driving outcomes via Wholesaler/Distributor relationships ideal
- Experience and exposure to a tender and contract healthcare environment, involved in the negotiations of business is preferred
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Flexibility for interstate travel
