About the Role

The primary purpose of the role of Sales and Admissions Partner is to generate revenue through the sale of Baptcare’s residential products and services to new customers within a designated territory. Working as part of a sales team, this position will generate and convert sales leads within their territory into new Baptcare customers by adopting an engagement approach that unearths and then delivers to our customers’ needs.

Creating new customer leads will be achieved by implementing strategies to increase networking opportunities across the healthcare sector and local community. In engaging with these referral networks, speaking knowledgably and positively about Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living is expected, however exposing, and educating the referral networks in all Baptcare’s services (including In Home Care, Disability, FACS) will also be an important requirement of the role.

In summary, this position will contribute to the growth of Baptcare’s customer base through recruiting new Residential customers and building positive referral networks in the community. The overall objective is to partner with our customers to provide them with the products and services they need that will enhance their wellbeing and fullness of life in the Baptcare Community they choose to live in.

About You

**Ideally you will bring the following**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Admissions within the Aged care Space.

Strong customer-orientation and desire to understand and learn

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Proactive approach with drive, initiative, and outgoing confidence

Strong business awareness and commercial acumen

Strong communication and networking skills

Capacity to maintain the personal dignity and confidentiality of all clients and their representatives

Ability to understand, work with and present sales data

Resilience to manage the frequent changes of systems, product and service offerings typical of a fast-changing sector

Capable of working effectively independently and as part of a sales team

Customer service experience

Ability to work with diverse individuals and as part of teams
