Our client has been established for over 20 years, specialising in medium and high density residential construction projects. You will be part of a growing company that has a considerable forward construction schedule, great team culture with family oriented values.

**Role**

Initially, their Gold Coast townhouse project requires an experienced Construction Manager to take it through the final stage of construction and onto to handover. You will be supported by your Site Supervisors and a Project Management Team.

The Construction Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:

- Control and monitor the overall construction programme
- Maintaining construction budgets, reporting
- Manage quality assurance systems
- WHS and Enviromental planning
- Management and administration of suppliers and subcontractors
- Management of on-site Site Supervisors
- Supported by Building Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager
- Reporting to the Building Manager

**Person**:

- A stable career history within the construction industry
- Muilti - Res or high volume Project house experience
- Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Applicable trade / industry qualifications
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
