In light of our ongoing expansion in Queensland, we are looking for a Landscape Construction Area Manager. This role is situated in the Currumbin and Brisbane regions and is offered as a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Establish and uphold high standards of craftsmanship and quality assurance throughout the construction process.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource distribution to meet financial targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing updates and addressing any issues.
- At least 5 years of experience in Landscape Construction Management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving project objectives.
- Effective communication skills with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Awareness of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
