**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our in-house engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver projects in the SE QLD & Nth NSW regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure future growth of the company;
- Plan and deliver projects to contracted delivery timeframes;
- Deliver projects within budget and identify value throughout;
- Manage required resources to deliver projects to a high level of finish;
- Ensure site safety and environmental compliance;
- Provide construction input into tendering and contract review.
**Requirements**
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of Multi Residential & Commercial construction projects and possess an appropriate tertiary qualification.
