Civil Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Civil Construction projects across the Logan and Gold Coast Region. As a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, you will oversee construction planning, programming, and completion schedules, as well as manage onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with quality assurance documentation
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procure and allocate necessary project resources
- Track and report costs to the Project Manager
- Administer contracts, including NODs/EOTs, notices, and claims
We are looking for a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction
- Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
