A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Technology Business Partner - Data, Systems and Support to join the** corporate HSE team. **The role will act as a key technology systems owner and work closely with internal system users, risk owners, and HSE Team Members to help the business deliver improved and reliable HSE technology and data outcomes.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As the Technology Business Partner - Data, Systems and Support you are accountable for**:

- Working with stakeholders across Thales Group, the ANZ business lines and HSE teams to develop and embrace a shared vision for technology and related processes and drive a system of continuous improvement, adapt new concepts, practices and approaches.
- Ensuring business IT processes, practices and systems meet legislative compliance and self-insurance licence requirements.
- Take ownership of existing HSE technology platforms to provide trusted reporting systems while improving oversight of HSE performance
- Specifying new processes and systems based on organisational strategy and participate in developing the HSE technology strategy and roadmap.
- Interpret and analyse critical data, driving improved oversight, reporting and ongoing data integrity of HSE technology
- Driving the delivery of greater value through technology improvements to HSE products, services, systems and tools, while also overseeing the effective maintenance and support of existing solutions
- Provide training, guidance and direction with the implementation of HSE technology improvements.
- Develop a HSE data governance model to increase efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of HSE reporting, reducing the administrative requirements for site based HSE professionals.
- Work cooperatively and demonstrate a continuous improvement growth mind-set by contributing and testing ideas for improving work practices, collaborating with business leaders and manager to achieve objectives and strategy.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in developing and delivering data insights incorporating data visualisation skills and tools
- Demonstrated experience with data platforms, data warehousing and reporting tools such as Sharepoint, Power BI or Tableau.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant degree, industry qualifications or demonstrated experience
