**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a brand new role in which you will be responsible for delivering connected, contextual, and personalised marketing campaign experiences to our tradie subscribers. In this role, you will build and share expertise on marketing automation software You will orchestrate experiences, streamline processes, automate manual workflows, and set up experiments that generate actionable insights whilst supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns. Reporting into our Senior Customer Marketing Manager (Tradie), you will have the opportunity to influence how things are set up and maintained whilst growing your commercial capability.

**How you will add value**:

- Deliver personalised journeys that drive adoption, engagement and retention for tradie subscribers across our lead sourcing (hipages) and job management (Tradiecore) products
- Support on go-to-market campaigns for new product features to engage and retain tradies
- Develop and implement lifecycle comms across our hipages Partner program and Tradiecore product.
- Build end-to-end user journeys and manage multi-channel design template within our marketing automation platform (Braze)
- Design and build experiments to identify opportunities for growth whilst sharing results with stakeholders
- Post-campaign analysis - build reporting and generate insights from data
- Identify and share new use cases for marketing automation and personalisation across the business.

**About you**:

- 3+ years of experience in a lifecycle and/or marketing automation role, ideally for a SaaS product, or in the tech industry
- Hands on experience working in marketing automation tools, ideally Braze, or similar (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, Marketo)
- You are a keen collaborator, helping to bring the best out of team members
- The ability to make actionable recommendations based on data driven insights, plus the ability to measure and analyse initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail with an overall passion for continual improvement
- General digital marketing experience, knowledge and understanding/awareness of industry trends and factors
- Passionate about customer experience and driving business growth
- Proven ability to work in cross functional teams and build effective relationships
- Experience developing comms including compelling messaging
- Hunger to learn and grow
